Initializes a new instance of the xtd::time_span structure to the specified number of ticks.

Parameters

tiks	A time period expressed in 100-nanosecond units.

Remarks

A single tick represents one hundred nanoseconds or one ten-millionth of a second. There are 10,000 ticks in a millisecond.
